How long will my order take to arrive?

If you choose the Premium Delivery option your order will be dispatched the same day (as long as you place your order before 3pm). Premium orders are sent by 1st Class post.

Orders with Standard Delivery will be dispatched within 48 hours and are sent by 2nd class post.

How long are the vouchers valid for?

Vouchers purchased through this website or by calling 08451 241 000 are valid for at least 12 months from date of issue so you have plenty of time to use your vouchers. Please note expired vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged.
