Course information

The Ramsey Golf Club is set in front of a stunning background of the northern hills, the Golf Club was founded in 1891. It was laid out by Old Tom Morris, and then modified by George Lowe, and then in 1926 it was redesigned by James Braide, five times Open Champion. Most recently the golf course has been further modified to a plan of Steve Marnoch's.

It is essentialy a parkland golf course and at 5982 yards with a SSS of 70 it presents a really good golfing challenge with the 1st and 18th holes being particularly demanding, and fun for all levels of golfers!

Today's Golfer Expert Review

It may be a little short but it's great fun to play with some interesting holes and above average greens. Set in the Fenlands, it's pretty flat but has water hqazards and trees to keep you thinking. A very friendly club.
