Course information

Established in 1879, the golf course was originally a six holer and designed by Old Tom Morris.

It became a nine holer in 1910 and 18 in 1961. It's a qualifying golf course for The Open and both Jack Nicklaus and Seve ballesteros are honorary members.

Today's Golfer Expert Review

Most visitors to Fife head for the links of St Andrews but a trip inland to play this Open qualifying heathland beauty is well advised. Each hole on this gloriously tree-lined course seems to offer a different challenge from the previous one. Well worth its four stars.
