Course information

Situated below the slopes of the Ochil hills the lovely Perthshire village of Dunning is steeped in history, from the Iron Age fort at Dun Knock, through the 1st Century Roman camp at Kincladie to a monument commemorating the last witch in Scotland, Maggie Wall, who was burnt in 1657. Add a 17th century St Serf’s church and the famous  9th century Pictish  Dupplin Cross  and you will be playing golf at one of Scotland’s ancient settlements.
Views of the Ochil hills that take your breath away  , the Rossie Law Iron Age Fort and surrounding landscape to  wards Gleneagles and the north make it difficult to concentrate on golf. The  Dunning burn meanders through the course with four unique bridges named after club  stalwarts adding  attractive features to the  narrow tree lined  fairways, well place bunkers making this Par  66, 4894 yard 9 hole course a challenge to golfers of all levels.

A friendly welcome  greets visitors who come back time and again to play and enjoy the ambience of this  lovely course set in one of Perthshire’s most picturesque areas.
