I drive my ball towards a water hazard. I am not certain whether ball is in the water hazard or not. Am I allowed to hit a provisional

RBZ fairway

Am I the only one who is surprised at some of the claims made about Taylor Made's RBZ fairway wood. For a start the PGA and R& A have deprtments dedicated to making sure that the technologhy available doesn't replace the skill in the game. They are very thorough at what they do so am astonished that there are suddenly these fabulous new claims.

TG's test  with various standards of golfer was interesting but would suggest not a level playing field. All participants were fitted for the RBZ. There were some big claims in terms of distance gains etc, but how ...
