1st Golf Trip Abroad

 Me and my mate are planning a 4 day golf break in April/May time this year. We have both only been playing for around 18 months. We play off 20 and 22 handicap. I am just trying to get some recommendations or reports of where to and where not to play?

I have seen an offer to play La Manga where we can get 4 nights 3 rounds for around £250 each. I just wondered if any one had played here what they thought. It a round on each of the 3 courses.

The difficult second set!

Hi all.

I've been playing occasionally for a couple of years now with my Wilson starter set. This got me into the game quickly and relatively cheaply (in golf terms) and has served me well. Now I find that I've got the golf bug, have joined a society and am looking to make 2012 'the year of golf'.

New Golfer. Looking for driver.

Hi all,

Very new to golf, and this forum. Been looking through threads for a couple of days and decided to join to get a little help on selecting a driver.

I started hitting golf balls just under 4 weeks ago on a driving range, never on a course yet.

only started as my son, (8 yr old), has lessons every saturday and wants me to take it up so i can go on course with him. Great little golfer. Hits driver 80% of the time 100-120 yards.
