Golf equipment review for the Progen Blue Trax 3 Mallet Putter
The upright style of the Progen Blue Trax 3 got us positioned directly over putts with a naturally high hands position, which is conducive to a good stroke. The hard, crisp feeling off the face might not be quite as useful on quick greens as softer models, but it is sufficiently good to get most above-average golfers around the course comfortably.
The face-balanced design performed pretty well in our spin test, proving it’s not only expensive putters that are capable of reducing spin. At £40 the Blue Trax is a reasonable club capable of doing a sterling job, without any frills.
