Interesting video. I didn't think that I suffered from tight calf muscles because I'm quite supple in my physique but what the intstructor says what might be happening might be part of my hooking problems.
I have often wondered why when I do a practice swing I sometimes don't brush the mat / grass on the down swing because my body is lifting. Its something I can work on to improve my conditioning.
