On golf courses with undulating fairways, you can often find yourself faced with a tricky sloping lie for your approach shot, including that where the ball lies below your feet.
The key to pulling this shot off successfully is not to fight the slope with your body weight but go with. As Approach Zone Instructor Adrian Fryer explains in this golf video tip, it’s also important to understand how the slope will affect the ball flight through the air and therefore make the appropriate adjustments.
