Learn to lower the trajectory of your golf shots by positioning a hoop upright about three or four paces ahead of the ball.

The goal is to punch shots through the hoop. TG Top 12 Teacher Adrian Fryer demonstrates how to squeeze the ball off the turf to lower the ball flight and help you drill shots through the hoop.
