Whilst playing in a medal a few weeks ago, I started strongly, teeing off the 11th hole at my home course. I was set to shoot a great score, but unfortunately I reached the 16th and everything went into meltdown. The problem was that I was thinking to much about holes still to come in the round and not about the current one I was on. I think a good tip for people is to stay in the present, evaluate the hole your on and don't think to much about round to come, as thinking ahead could make you drop costly shots on holes you haven't even played yet.
