The Oxfordshire was only built in 1993 yet by the close of the decade it had already hosted four European Tour events. Rees Jones moved a lot of earth to create a man-made challenge of big bunkers, lakes and rough. With a frequent wind blowing across the links, don’t dare try to take it on off the backs!
