The Bristol Golf Club

What we say

A nine-year-old layout set in 200-year-old historic parkland just a midiron away from the M5. Opened in the summer of 2000 and the stand-out hole on this modern parkland layout is the right dogleg par-4 3rd with its elevated tee affording superb views of the Severn Estuary and both Severn bridges.

The Bristol Golf Club opened in June 2000. Set in 200 year old historic parkland with stunning views across the severn estuary, its mature trees and numerous water features provide the golfer with 18 truly memorable holes.

The course is built to a high standard within the natural contours of the existing grounds by the renowned construction company Piersons who have worked on projects such as The Belfry, La Manga and Vila Sol.

This course is getting better and better. Its got a challege on every hole and even a very good golfer would find this course a test. Club house and Shop is well eqiupped with the guys in the shop very freindly and helpful. My only winge is, there was no club marshal or member on the course to keep play moving as we took over 4 .5 hours as a 3 ball to play a round   apart from that, very nice course and il play here again.
