A new “Speedlock” core promotes a tighter bond between each layer, boosting energy transfer and a softer feel. 

Firmer, lower-spinning version of the Platinum with Speedlock RZN Core technology.

While the 20Xi performed admirably, it did feel a touch hard and clicky off the face, especially around the green.

Nike now appears to have solved this problem, with the new model boasting a much softer feel with a little more distance off the tee.

The RZN Black, the lower spinning of the two premium models, is long on full shots with a softer feel with high level of control around the greens.

The flight with a driver is strong, feeling hot off the face.

You get a slightly softer sensation with the irons while chip and pitch shots grip predictably well.

Tested
As reviewed in our Balls Test: Very impressive around the green, hardish feel on most shots but could also play the skidding checker with it.

Very good. Super all-round package – distance and low spin with the driver, but stopping power around the green.

Couldn’t generate the driver spin needed to keep it in the air for long enough, but distance didn’t suffer too much and there’s some grab greenside.
