What we say...
The MacGregor MacTec NVG driver is an interesting beast with an unusual head shape and different weight set up for each loft, to help maximise launch angle depending on swing speed.
We were split on this one. The golf ball launches nicely with a good twang off the titanium head but our pro tester was not keen on the feel and found the blue head off-putting.
The Macgregor MacTec is the first dual beta titanium driver. Four tungsten weights position mass to increase MOI and forgiveness and a Quadra-Action shaft which increases golf club head speed.
