Benross VX-51 Forged Irons Review

Benross’ forged better player VX-51 irons are made from soft 1020 carbon steel. They offer superb feel, consistency and shot-making ability. 2009 Review

Another split decision! Jon rated the looks, awarding them 4.5 but Tom wasn’t a fan. But in terms of feel both were impressed with Tom suprised by the consistency of the quality of the strike. At £399, with Project X or Dynamic Golf shafts, there are a solid option.

An impressive performance from Team Benross with the VX51s. Chris wasn’t a massive fan because he struggled to get good feel off the head, but Jon and Dave liked the forgiveness that these forged irons offered and dispersion stats were
good. The extremely competitive cost of these will appeal to many good golfers on a budget.
