Nike SQ Machspeed Irons was new for 2010. A radical new construction method combined with a hot, thin alloy face creates the fastest Nike iron ever - and faster ball speeds off the face means more distance.

The clubhead has been sculpted with for less drag throughout the swing - not just at impact - meaning the club can move faster and therefore deliver more power to the ball. The thin face then transfers this power to the ball.

Nike's famous PowerBow weighting system also moved 50g of weight from the face to the back of the club for a higher launch angle and more forgiveness.

    I bought these irons in November, I must admit they take some getting used to but they are definately worth their weight in gold, they are not the best looking clubs in the world but they work. Designed for the mid to high handicapper, I have now played 6 rounds with them and have knocked 5 shots off my handicap. well worth it.
