Struggled over shorter distance.

2011 Review

As you might expect from a Ping putter, the Scottsdale Half Pipe oozed class in the feel stakes, but it failed to really excel in any of the other areas. Chris’ shocking performance of one from five in the shorter putts test certainly didn’t help matters. Alex felt it looked good and gave it four out of five in the sound/feel and confidence categories. But, like Chris, George struggled a touch from the shorter distance while Jon, a big Ping fan, said this was his least favourite of the manufacturer's putters on Test.
