COBRA Launch Ladies’ AMP CELL Drivers

COBRA Golf is set to launch the AMP CELL women’s range in February 2013, headlined by the AMP CELL driver .
The driver will feature COBRA’s proprietary MyFly technology that allows golfers to select from six different lofts in one club for optimised performance and distance based on a golfers’ swing speed or weather and course conditions.
The ladies version will also be available in three colour choices, green pearl, cabaret pink and capri blue. The sole of the club features a curved CELL band in the chosen colour and the crown of the club is the solid featured colour, while the white Fujikura Fuel shaft features an edgy paint splatter graphic.

“Many golfers select the wrong loft for their game, MyFly technology allows golfers to adjust their loft to find the right one and allows them to gain smart distance by adjusting the loft for ground and weather conditions.”
MyFly Technology offers a simple solution for golfers to optimise trajectory and distance. The AMP CELL Women’s driver can be adjusted to the following lofts with a simple wrench; 11.5°, 12.5°, 12.5° Draw, 13.5°, 13.5° Draw and 14.5°.
Golfers can now customise their club based on swing speed (higher lofts for slower swing speeds and lower lofts for faster swing speeds), weather (lower lofts to bring ball flight down in headwind) and course conditions (lower loft on firm courses for roll).
COBRA’s Advanced Material Placement, E9 Face Technology and Cell technology work together to enable a 12% larger elliptical E9 Face shape to deliver faster ball speeds and a higher MOI on miss-hits.
