In this video TG’s Features Writer Kit Alexander speaks to adidas’ Footwear Product Marketing Manager Davide Mattucci at the 2013 PGA Merchandise Show about the new ultra-lightweight Adizero golf shoes.
The shoe is designed on Barcelona’s Lionel Messi’s football boots and there are three colours in the range, with the lightest model weighing just 10.6 ounces – that’s 38% lighter than the TOUR360 ATV model.
The Adizero also benefits from the thinnest adidas outsole ever, but despite the lightweight properties your stability hasn’t been sacrificed. The crucial piece of technology is the new anatomical last and SPRINTFRAME outsole that reduces shoe weight while maintaining comfort.
