In this video TG Equipment Editor Joel Tadman reviews the Adams Super S and Super LS drivers on our 2013 test.
All the testers enjoyed the design and look of the matt white finish apart from Graeme. James and Joel preferred the smaller clubhead and more subtle crown design of the LS. All commented on how the contrast between the white top and dark face made alignment easy.
All commented on how the contrast between the white top and dark face made alignment easy. Joel loved the way the understated thud oozed power; James was impressed with the forgiveness and boring flight. Both Chris and Kit loved the look and feel but couldn’t get on with it.
Pros: A lot of clubhead behind the ball will inspire confidence; adjustability will help those with a consistent miss.
Cons: Our testers didn’t find the face as explosive as some of the other models on offer and the longer shaft meant a loss of control for some.
