Niall Horan gets behind Northern Ireland Open

One Direction star Niall Horan and his new Modest! Golf Management company are the official golf management partner for the Northern Ireland Open at Galgorm Castle GC in July.
Director Niall said: “The next generation of golfers is a huge focus for us as a business. You only need to look at the history of the Challenge Tour to see the calibre of player it produces.
“We are hugely excited to be official partners to the NI Open and welcome some amazing golf talent from across the world to participate”.
Fellow Modest! Golf Management Director Mark McDonnell added: “Modest Golf are delighted to be working with the Challenge Tour and Galgorm on this event. We are excited to come to Northern Ireland; a country that continues to produce some of the best players in the world”.
In addition, Modest! Golf Management are pleased to announce they have appointed Ian Watts as head of their golf development division. McDonnell comments, “Ian boasts over 20 years experience in the golf industry dealing with some of the world’s best players on a daily basis. We are delighted he has decided to join the team”.
The Northern Ireland Open takes place at Galgorm Castle from July 28-31. The tournament is free to enter and tickets can be secured by registering online at the brand new website niopen.golf.
A close friend of Rory McIlroy and Justin Rose, Horan is a keen player himself and is again due to feature in the upcoming star-studded Pro-Am before the BMW Championship at Wentworth.
