Ryder Cup prodigy Thomas Pieters took the world of golf by storm in the sun at Hazeltine National and we think the Belgian is one to watch in 2017, with the 24-year-old set to be a new face in the 2017 Masters field.
We caught up with him for an interesting chat inclduing Space Jam, Carnoustie and camping.

When should you replace irons with hybrids?
1 When did you first shoot under par?
I do remember this – it was in a junior competition and think I was about 13. I had a party to celebrate it when I got home!
2 What has been your career highlight?
My Ryder Cup debut... along with winning the NCAA in the US in my second year at college at Riviera – a special place to do it – and my three European Tour wins.
3 What about the best shot of your career?
Firing an 8-iron into the last at last year's Czech Open. Even 'though I had a two-shot lead, it was my first time under that pressure to win a tournament and to pull it off gave me a lot of satisfaction.
4 One mulligan you could have?
Another 8-iron, this time into the 17th in the Spanish Open when I lost to Miguel Angel Jimenez in the play-off. I just hit a terrible shot and didn't get up and down.
5 Your favourite course in the world?
Pebble Beach. The views are just amazing.
6 Favourite course in the UK?
I like Carnoustie – it's really tough and you need to hit really good golf shots. I love links golf.
7 Favourite individual hole?
The par-3 5th at Pebble Beach. Nobody really talks about this hole, it's underrated.
8 Best view in golf?
I can't say Pebble again so it has to be coming down the stretch at St Andrews.
9 Favourite club in the bag?
The driver, my Callaway XR 16. It's obvious isn't it?
10 Favourite sports team?
The Chicago Bulls basketball team.
11 Sportsman you look up to or admire?
Adam Scott and Roger Federer.
12 And sportswoman?
My fellow Belgian Kim Clijsters (former tennis star).
13 Favourite movie?
Old school I know, but I'll go for Space Jam.
14 Your not-to-be-missed TV show?
I like Suits, all about an American law firm.
15 Favourite musician or band?
Red Hot Chili Peppers.
16 Favourite holiday destination?
I'm not your usual golfer: I've been camping a couple of times around Lake Como, it's a great escape.
17 Who'd be in your dream fourball?
Michael Jordan, Roger Federer and Tiger Woods.
18 What about your dream Tour fourball?
Adam Scott, Tiger Woods and Seve Ballesteros.
19 Finally, your best mate on Tour?
Probably my caddie, Adam Marrow.
