With ‘a great deal’ of interest already in the property, the agent is confident it will be snapped up.
“This was the home he was brought up in. If you have seen the pictures of him chipping balls into the washing machine, that was in this house.
“It’s a great property in a great location and no matter who it was, it will sell.”
