Jordan Spieth led the PGA Tour in one putts last season with an incredible 45.86 per cent and he was 6th in birdie average, so he knows how to get the ball in the hole when it matters.
A big key to his success has been the cack-handed technique – gripping the club with the left hand below the right – he adopted six years ago. “Older guys on tour tell me that if they could go back and change one thing about their game, it’d be to learn how to putt cross-handed from the beginning,” Spieth revealed.
