Recovery Zone – Divot Shot

There’s nothing worse than ripping a drive down the middle of the fairway only to find your ball resting in a divot.

But don’t worry if you’re unlucky enough to find yourself in this situation because all is not lost. In this video tip TG Elite Teaching Pro Rob Watts shows you how to make a clean strike and make the score that your drive deserved. Because the ball is sitting slightly lower than normal a steeper swing will enable you to make a solid contact. Remember, don’t try and lift the ball, let the natural loft of your club do the work for you.
