Beginning and ending in the town like Moray and the Old Course, North Berwick has a magnificent collection of par 4s and terrific short holes. The iconic ‘Redan’, also known as 15, was copied by Pete Dye at Kiawah Island’s Ocean Course, but we might just prefer 13 and 14, ‘Pit’ and the aptly-titled ‘Perfection’.
