Many locals feel the Jubilee is the toughest track in the town and certainly Donald Steel’s revisions in the late 1980s have truly taken it from a 12-hole ‘starter’ course to a stiff 18-hole challenge. A Qualifying course for the 2004 Amateur Championship, it is the Home of Golf’s closest course to the coast so you get a bit more wind than on the Old and New.
