The 2010 Ryder Cup was a triumph for Europe, and also for those involved in the construction and design of the Twenty Ten. The course dealt remarkably well with rain of biblical proportions and then provided a fitting stage for the biennial contest. Ross McMurray skilfully used the best bits of the Wentwood Hills track and added exciting new holes to produce a course with lots of water, risk-reward holes and verve.
