Tilsworth Golf Centre

What we say

With views over the three surrounding counties, Tilsworth is certainly a lovely place to relax although the small, hard to hit greens may soon change that!

Although not particularly long, most of the holes are quite tight and combined with the greens, Tilsworth can be a difficult place to score. But if you're swinging well with the driver, good scores are certainly possible round this popular pay and play course.

Your Reviews

  • 4 out of 5 Great Value

    By Tommy

I love this place, so friendly with great facilities. It may not be the longest course around, but don't be fooled by its length, its no push over. The fairways are superb and the small greens make it very important to position your approach, otherwise great skill and control is needed. Good test, and the food is great too!

  • 1 out of 5 Can somebody show me where to go?

    By Savy

I had looked at some reviews of he cours prior to playing and many said how easy it was to get lost on the course, and they were right! 3 times I had absolutely no idea where my next tee was and found myself wandering aimlessly for minutes at a time. This coupled with a less than mediocre course layout means that unfortunately I will be limiting my future visits to the driving range only.

  • 2 out of 5 Not bad. Not good but not bad

    By bobbysim78

The course is ok, at best. Very open, very close. Not the course to play if your not straight off the tee - not that it leads to trouble, but rather that it invariably leads to another fairway or green or tee (take your pick!) and you will have to wait for other players. If your going to play, do so during the week as at weekends, it gets so bust you can hardly move. Less than 6000 yards but took me nearly 5 hours on Sunday and I shot an 83!
