Kedleston Park Golf Club

What we say

Kedleston Park Golf Club was designed by James Braid. It is 6675 yards par 72 from the Championship tees and offers an excellent test of golf for players of all levels. It opened for play in 1947, having moved from the Markeaton Golf Club, which is now the site of Derby University, Kedleston Road Campus.

The greens were reconstructed in the late 1990s to USPGA sand-based specifications.

Ive played here a few times, it can be a struggle for the Higher HC'er like myself but the pleasnt surrounding make up for that. The 7th over the water is a fantastic hole!!!

  • 3 out of 5 Visitors Welcome?

    By MOGGY

Kedleston may be one of the Midlands finest courses, but I came away after organising a society golf day for 24 people with the feeling that they welcomed our cash (£1K+) but thank you and good bye. Whilst in the changing room one of the members, a former Notts Forest Scottish International, made quite clear what he thought of visitors to the place. Not all neagative, good quality course with great views suiting "big hitters".
