  • 5 out of 5 Well presented course

    By Andrew Lamb

Played today. Course was in great condition, even for the start of October. Could not fault the tees and greens. As most people say it truely is a good all year round course.

  • 4 out of 5 Worth the visit

    By Shepo

Touring in our motor home near cplumber park we fancied a round down loaded the voucher for a 2 fore1 got a tee time for Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock got there and had millionaires golf no one in front no one behind the course was in great Nick greens fast and true fairways well manicured And we both had a great round of golf the club house was shut when we finished but that was not a problem to us the good lady made us a lovely tea in our motor home to end a great day.

  • 4 out of 5 Second Visit

    By Woody

After playing the course for the 1st time in early May 2015 as part of a 3-ball my father (79) said that it was one of the best courses he had played for many years and wanted to go again. We arranged a Sunday afternoon round at the end of May and have to say we all enjoyed it just as much. The staff on both occasions were very helpful the course was in very good condition. We will definitely be playing again.

  • 2.5 out of 5 boring day out at college fields i mean pines

    By buster6668

fairways cut to short always trying to tee you off with someone you dont know if theres 2 or 3 playing. fairways like hitting off concrete and your made as welcome as foot and mouth at a farm, shame full that the owner pulls a council run golf course down in local paper not everyone is super rich and cant afford high prices and without kilton forest golf course mr snell then maybe some of your local players might never have started playing golf was quite sad reading the article as a kilton member advised me to come to your golf course to try something different.

  • 3.5 out of 5 Nice Course

    By chamboski

Played here a few weeks ago and the course was in good condition for the time of year. Greens were quick and the rest of the course in really nice condition. It's quite undulating so less mobile golfers may struggle. Unlike a previous reviewer I had no problems with any members, although had trouble parking as there were not enough spaces.

  • 3.5 out of 5 Really Good Society Day

    By dannyb54

I have been organizing our society day out for the past ten years and I must say that the day at College Pines was probably one of the best to date. The club shop and the catering staff were most welcoming and attentive. I am sure that most organizers of society days agonize about their members attendance as usually, in my experience, the course management insist on at least payment for the meal if someone fails to attend. One player did not turn up. The management did not request payment for either meal or green fee. Regarding the course: Very good facilities with driving bays to warm up at and a decent practice putting area. I am a high handicapper and I found it an extremely challenging course, even with its generous fairways. You must keep to the fairways at this course. The greens were in very good condition and quite fast. Overall, a very good day out.

  • 2 out of 5 VISITORS STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

    By Anonymous

Club shop rather welcoming, members totally the opposite. Course is good but members just ruin your day. We were following a 5 ball and had another behind who were shouting at us for holding them up! Was waiting ages on tees for fairways to clear etc so made it a long boring day. would not go back even if it were free!!!!!
