What we say

The course is a real challenge, featuring six par 3s, five par 5s and seven par 4s. However, a variety of teeing positions allows the par 71 course to play to a shorter length, offering a fairer challenge to the middle and high handicap golfer.

The 522-yard par 5 opening hole provides a great start  with water hazards positioned to catch out most stray shots. There are a host of challenging par 3s on the opening nine holes with the stunning 180 yards 9th being a big favourite with most visitors.

The back nine starts with a pleasant downhill par 4, followed by a steady climb from the 11th tee to the 15th green. The 16th, at  595 yards, is the longest hole on the course, and provides breathtaking views across to Douglas in the east and down to the south coast of the island.
