Driffield Golf Club

What we say

Driffield Golf Club lies just south of the town and is easily accessible from Hull, Beverley, York and the coastal resorts of East Yorkshire. The golf course is in a tranquil setting surrounded by the farmland of the Sunderlandwick estate of which it is a part. The golf course plays host to a wide variety of wildlife and the trout stream which runs through the golf course is a particular feature.

The easy walking golf course offers tree-lined fairways, streams and ponds so accuracy with virtually every club is a necessity. Driffield is a popular venue and hosts both East Riding and Yorkshire Union events.

  • 4 out of 5 East Riding's Finest Parkland Course

Driffield is a gem set among the trees, streams and flowers of the beautiful Sunderlandwick Estate. The course is quite tight but will reward both high and low handicap players. The greens are in excellent condition and the course receives much praise from visitors. There are good practice facilities available with nets, a pitching area, two putting greens and a large area suitable for irons and drivers. The clubhouse has a well run professional's shop, bar and restaurant. Altogether this is a very good golf club.

Great course in fantastic condition , the greens were superb . Nice staff in the pro shop and at the bar / restaurant . All in all a very nice track and a bargain at £20.00 each with a 2 for 1 voucher. Nice one Driffield golf club , keep it going.

lovely golf course although a bit tight for me, top quality greens and fairways with a top class clubhouse, and although the 2nd lets the course down a bit some of the other holes make up for it with their quality.

Great course with interesting holes, lots of undulating fairways and despite all the wet weather the course was in excellent condition.

Played here for years as a county member and it is a great course. Like many, it is wet in the winter and they have to use winter greens but in the summer it is fantastic. Wildlife gallore and it is a joy to play.
