Rawdon Golf & Lawn Tennis Club

What we say

It may only be a nine holer, but it’s still quite a challenging course on undulating terrain. There are lots of established trees, too. Stray right or left and you’re in trouble, with no shot to the green.

The golf club was established in 1896 and was designed by Vardon. The course was originally a tennis and croquet club. It has undergone considerable changes over the past 100 years and although the croquet is long gone, the club has always been known for its unique blend of both golf and tennis.
