Cotswold Hills Golf Club

What we say

A tough test of golf high above Cheltenham, the beautiful views being supported by excellent greens and fairways. The 198-yard, par-3 15th, with a wall left and trees and bushes on the right, can wreck any round. The next hole, a monster par 5, is no easier, especially as it’s usually played into the wind. The quality of this championship course – which has matured beautifully since 1976 – is demonstrated by it being a past host of the English Ladies’ Amateur Championship.

Opened in 1976, the course has matured over the years into a fine test of golf and is considered to be one of the finest courses in Gloucestershire. It is a past venue for the English Ladies Amateur Championship and the Men’s and Ladies County Championship.
The championship course, measuring 6800 yards, features long par 5s, superb short holes and a variety of par 4s, which are both challenging and great fun to play. Five tee positions are available to allow golfers of varying ability to experience a challenging and enjoyable round of golf.
