Oakland Park Golf Club offers a friendly and relaxed atmosphere for both visitors and its 600 plus members alike. Located just off the M40 between Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross, the 18-hole, par 67 golf course with driving range and practice putting green, is set in pleasant mature parkland on the edge of the Chilterns, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The golf course is easy walking and free draining and what it lacks in length is more than made up for with its narrow fairways and several attractive water features which are a haven to many species of wildlife.

    Played this course again after a break of a couple of years and was happy to find it still in excellent condition and well maintained. Although this IS a short course (7 par 3's !) but it is a very pleasant, pretty course nevertheless. The atmosphere IS a little 'traditional' (ie: stuffy...) but has a good pro shop, an excellent club-house and even manage to squeeze in a little driving range. They take 2-fore-1 vouchers after noon on weekends, so the course fee was £31-00 per pair. Give it a go !
