What we say

Royal Belfast is the oldest golf club in Ireland and deserves recognition amongst the best.

Perched on the edge of Belfast Lough, this elegant and precisely packaged parkland is renowned as Ireland’s oldest golf club and revered for the quality of its greens.

There is breathing room here but only to let the design and bunkering shine.

The course slides down towards the lough where holes 10 and 11 float right above the water.

These are the holes which will live long in the memory.

Royal Belfast is a beautiful parkland course by the sea. The club house is magnificent with great views over Belfast lough. The staff are all excellent including the professional who i hear is a short game wizard. The green fees are steep at £65 pounds but the welcome , clubhouse and course more than make up for this. The greens are second to none in Ireland and the fairways are of the quality of most courses greens. Lucky lucky members....
