What we say
Dundee’s delightful Downfield is one of Scotland’s leading parkland courses and presents a variety of challenges with water in play on seven holes, including most notably the signature par-4 11th. You’ll adore the serene setting, being surrounded by wildlife and of course the world-class course itself…
An Open qualifying course, Downfield Golf Club is considered one of the top inland courses in the UK. The treelined track is a long test of 6817-yards of golf and is suitable for golfers of all abilities.
Home to an array of wildlife and stunning scenery, Downfield is a must-visit if you are in the area.
The course hosted the first ever Scottish Open in 1972.

superb parkland course, where the staff are as good as the course
Cracking course, well laid out and good for all levels of ability. Warm welcome only downside was the changing rooms were basic and the 19th hole was adequate but tired. Well worth a visit though.
