What we say

'Limerick County Golf and Country Club is located just 30km from Shannon International Airport.  An 18-hole championship standard golf course with 18 sand based greens and tees all built to US PGA standards. Co-designed by Ryder Cup Player, Des Smyth and Irish Amateur International Declan Brannigan the golf course opened of play in 1994.  In 2004, Declan was invited to review the overall layout and recommended the redesigning of five holes.

The redesigned holes opened for play in April 2005 and they have enhanced the golf course's growing reputation as one of the best in the South West Region.
 
Year round the greens are rated as among the best in the country.  The range of tees make playing the golf course a most enjoyable experience for all range of handicappers.
