Toft Hotel Golf Course

What we say

Toft runs over a series of hills which means you’re faced with uphill and downhill tee shots – great for practising above and below feet shots. The greens were a bit slow and there were daisies on the fairways in mid-May, but overall in OK condition.

The Toft House Hotel near Bourne in South Lincolnshire, a converted farmhouse, was opened to the public 1979. In April 1988 after a four year design and build process, the golf course was opened. Built on the original land of the farm, the golf course uses the natural contours of the Lincolnshire escarpment to provide a stern test of golf.

Played here late September and the course was a challenge. Each hole is different, there are no 'repeats' Several blind holes so you need to play the course twice to fully appreciate it. The greens were good, the course in good condition and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel food was excellent and the service just as good. Would definitely return
