Harborne Golf Club

What we say

Undulating Harborne challenges all aspects of your game and although neither par 5 reaches 500 yards, it’s still a reasonably long course with trees in play on most holes. The 18th is an excellent par 3 – you could even find yourself hitting into the last green with a driver!

Harborne Golf Club was founded in 1893 but in 1924 the present course was opened by five times Open Champion J H Taylor having been redesigned by Harry Colt.  The layout is a classic Colt design and a pleasure to play.
Only three miles from Birmingham City Centre and even closer to the M5 motorway the course is very accessible.

Harry Colt's design has stood the test of time with very little alteration to the course since its opening.  Now many trees line the course and although not long it is very undulating which makes it very challenging for golfers of all abilities.
