The Shirley Golf Club is a private members' club in the River Blythe Valley and is surrounded by fields and woodlands. The Shirley Golf Club has a mature golf course measuring some 6,507 yards, maintained to the high standard demanded by its membership. It boasts several memorable holes and although every hole is tree lined and its fairways gently undulating, it offers a tough but fair test of golf and is very easy on the legs. Among Midland clubs, Shirley has an outstanding reputation for its friendly and comfortable atmosphere and excellent bar and club catering facilities. The course at Shirley is suitable for all levels of golfer.
