We went for an afternoon slot with a deal from the website. £20 per person. I'm not sure I'd pay full price from the club wesite. We were a bit concerned as it was a bit of a short course, 5700 yards, but the amount of water on the course seemed to add a bit of trickiness. The white tees were reserved for competitions only which only decreases the yardage. It is really easy to find right off the main road from Brighton, however it feels it has been squeezed in between other plots of land, consequently there were constant shouts of "FORE" as the fairways are almost on top of each other. The front 9 is better than the back 9, though the second par 5 is very short and uninteresting. The rough is long and makes it tricky if you are not hitting the fairways. A lot of the ditches and lateral water hazzards are not filled with water a bit disappointingly. The greens were if fairly good condition for a semi-public course. The fairways are narrow which makes things tricky. Favourite hole would be 17th with a funny little bridge. It was good value for money and the staff were friendly and helpful. Maybe need to increase the signage pointing to the next tees.
