Mendip Spring Golf Club

What we say

Mendip Spring Golf Club celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2002. The golf club is situated in the Wrington Vale against a backdrop of the Mendip Hills and characterised by 12 acres of lakes and waterways. The 18-hole Brinsea Championship Golf Course and the less challenging nine-hole Lakeside Golf Course offer quality golf in idyllic and natural surroundings.

Standing above both golf courses, the clubhouse retains the character of the 16th century farmhouse on which it is centred and provides comprehensive bar and catering facilities for all occasions.

  • 4 out of 5 Bit of a mixed bag

    By Bob

The first 9 holes are excellent with variety and water to contend with. however holes 10-17 have little variation. no water just length which can get boring. Hole 18 is really good, short over water. Club is really friendly.

  • 4 out of 5 Lakeside Course

    By Metal Mickey

A great little nine hole course that is ideal if you don't have time or the level of fitness to walk an 18 hole course, it's pretty flat, has a couple of water hazards that shouldn't come in to play if your shots are straight. A good course to work at your game and build your confidence. Always a friendly welcome.

  • 4.5 out of 5 Awesome

    By GolferM

This is an absolutely fabulous course. Lots of hazards to really test your game. The greens are not always the best but when on form they can catch out even the best golfers. Anyone who does not rate the course is either a terrible golfer, blind or has not played well there. So all i can say to you is have a lesson with one of our awesome pro's.

OK course defended by lots of water. Wouldn't hurry back though.
