What we say

An attractive parkland course surrounded by the hills of donside, Alford Golf Club can be a challenge for golfers of all abilites and ages.

This relatively short but enjoyable course requires straightforward club selection, although will create a test for most golfers’ wedge play. Miss the narrow fairways and you could be playing from the shadows of the well-established tree-lines facing a tight approach to a small green.

The doglegged 18th hole makes for a pleasant finish as you negotiate 393 yards of approach to the final green, enhanced by the surrounding gallery of the inviting clubhouse.

Alford Golf Club is set in beautiful countryside with wonderful views of the Bennachie hills, situated in the heart of Alford with history and heritage all around. Alford is an excellent 18-hole parkland golf course that boasts well-groomed fairways and greens. The golf course is a challenging and enjoyable experience testing golfers of all skills and abilities with some tricky wedge shots.

The dogleg par-4 18th hole, 393 yards, is well worth waiting for as you reach the green with the gallery of the clubhouse giving you the feeling of playing in the Open Championship. All the ingredients for a memorable golfing experience exist here.

Buggy, trolley and club hire available.
