What we say

Balbirnie Park golf course itself is a challenging and beautifully landscaped 18 hole 6210 yards par 71 parkland course.

The golf course presents a fair test and a degree of accuracy is certainly required. Views from the golf course extend over flowing hillock lines and tree groupings on a grand scale to create vistas with contrasting enclosure, presenting a "natural" landscape effect.

The names of individual holes give historical reference, for example, the 8th "Target Park" where archery was practised and the 11th "Balfarg" which relates to the nearby historic stone circle. From the 14th "Viewforth", the Firth of Forth can be seen on a clear day.

Golfing at Balbirnie is a real pleasure.
