four of us played this wonderful course for the time this year during our yearly visit to ayrshire, it's hard to believe that such a good golf course could be hidden away behind a housing estate and at £12.50p a round (using 2-fore-1tickets)it becomes a cheap day out. as for the course, the first has to be one of the best starting par 3's i've ever played and from the second hole on the course just gets better, throwing in a mixture of straight, dogleg left & right and a variety of stances to contend with, this is a hilly course but it wont kill you. the greens and tee boxes are all in superb condition as are the fairways. if your in the ayrshire you would be foolish to bypass this course, its a great test of golf.
