First time i played this course and apart from the weather had a great day, i can assure you that i,ll be back very soon. Lovely tee,s smashing greens and a good challenge, if you cant hit straight bring plenty of balls, and a lovely welcome at the 19th.

I am a member of this course and love the way that 1 min you could be looking at a 8 iron to a par 3 the next day could be a 3 iron, its a really good course to challenge all types of player

  • 4 out of 5 A great course to use all of your clubs

After a lovely welcome by Sam and Lorraine we approached the 1st tee looking at the first of the relatively new holes (front six opened 2yrs ago)thinking this isnt so bad. We walked off the 18th thinking it was. The course is fair but sometimes unforgiving for wayward shots it is really dry considering all the rain we have had and you require a steady hand as you set up your approach shot as the greens are not huge but true. There is the 2nd a par 3 which if wind is blowing becomes a par 4 same as the 11th the beast of the course is the 7th a stroke index 12 which plays more like 2.Overall a great day of golf which taught us to stay straight and enjoy.great welcome lovely dining area (new conservatory) good but fair test of golf which recently recieved high acclaim from the national greenkeepers association when they had their open day at this course. I Will be back in the summer!!!!
