Like the Datrek, you may not be totally familiar with Burton bags. And like the Datrek, the Burton Monoshock certainly surprised us when we took it to the course. It didn’t really get the job done in the looks department, only scoring 2.5 out of 5, but the Monoshock excelled in other categories. It was very comfortable – the shoulder strap is super-snug and supersturdy. The bag literally clings to your back for dear life. If it had been better looking this would have been a Gold Award contender.
